General is the one most, if not all of the gigans working for the Nebulans fear. They have never questioned his loyalty, nor have they ever needed to. To General, Nebulan will is law, and to stand against it is to stand against the will of the second Planet Buster ever created. It is rare the Nebulans use General for matters that are not war related, but when they Nebulans realize Vhenom's true agenda, they send General and his mate Sarge into the fray to stop him. In reality, General does what he does because he truly hopes if the Nebulans achieve total domination, they will have no further use of the gigan species and will leave them alone at last. He doesn't suspect that they will never be free, he feels if their patience holds out they will all benefit. To him, resisting the Nebulans only makes their time being slaves to them longer, and has no tolerance for those who wish to make this time of slavery longer than it needs to be.
In addition to his nearly limitless strength, General is capable of creating 'Disaster Spheres", balls of chaotic power that can vary in size and intensity that cause a destructive chain reaction throughout its target. He is a master of aerial combat and military strategy.
