Gold is content to follow anyone's command as long as it benefits the group. When personal agendas threaten to break up the team, Gold is the first to say so and remind the team that together they can accomplish anything.
Gold's special talent is an attack called Gold Rush. At Gold's command he can control the ground around him, turning it a golden color and manipulating it with mental commands. Gold is surprisingly innovative, and can in ways mimick the abilities of his fellow gigans with precise manipulation of Gold Rush.
