Plotina
"Don not mistake my kindness for
weakness, it could get you hurt."
-Plotina

I created Plotina to be Trajan's mate. Originally my thoughts
were to keep Trajan a solidary creature who had no desire to take
a mate. Sadly I never had a chance to do some of the things I
wanted with him, like him wandering through a forest and pushing
a dying tree out of his way. A random female sees this and thinks
he's doing it to impress her, so immediately she runs over to
Trajan and exclaims "I accept you as my mate!" And considering
how large Trajan is, and how powerful he is, your average female
gigan would either be afriad of him, or look for an excuse to
try to claim him as her own. Plotina would be the first female
Trajan would have encountered who 1. is almost as big as he is,
and 2. shows no interest in him. It's there, but the two act like
neither is interested in the other until Plotina just comes right
out and tells him they're together. They both know it.
Plotina also sings, which is an oddity amongst gigans. She has
a lyrical voice that is one of the only things that actually soothes
Trajan. One of the stories planned for this development is Gaiganny
seeing Trajan sleep for the first time. She's not happy that the
first and only time she's witnessed him doing this is when he's
asleep with his head on Plotina's lap. For Gaiganny this is both
powerful and hurtful, consdering she always considered her
bond with Trajan to be stonger than any other, and yet
she's never seen him sleep, never seen him look content; it's
only when he's with Plotina that she sees this side of him, and
it hurts and infuriates her.
