Treece 2.0

"I should leave you there to rust."
-Identity

When Treece was destroyed in his mission to kill Gogar, the Nebulans sought a replacement immediately. This time they used the remains of Treece's armor and streamlined it to fit the form of an unconsious, dying, unidentified gigan they had 'recovered' from the homeworld.
Soon afterwards, Treece made his presence known to Gogar, taunting the Gigan by invading his most private lands and not attacking, as if to say "Look what I can do..."
When he finally saw fit to attck Gogar, the gigan was baffled to find that Treece could match his every move, he could evade his radar, was never affected by his distortion beam, and when he spoke it was as if he had known Gogar.
Treece 2.0 made it a point to keep Gogar on edge, almost to the point where he grew edgy and jumpy is things seemed the slightest bit out of place. Treece 2.0 had only made himself visible to Gogar, so as far as everyone else knew, Gogar was either having post traumatic stress from his incident with Gaval and Treece, or he was going crazy.
Finally Treece revealed himself to Gogar, beating him and throwing him into a shallow pond. Before he leaves he tosses a final barb "I should leave you there to rust."
At this point Treece 2.0 shoots jets of steam from his armor vents, and Gogar sees a series of connection points loosen. Treece's head is apparently a helmet, and as Treece slowly removes it, Gogar is shocked to see that Treece 2.0 is-

Theromin
A newly restored, Nebulan enhanced Theromin.
How did this happen? How is it even possible? He was dead, Gogar SAW him die, saw him snap his neck and land in a crumpled heap.
He explains that the Nebulans had sent a female scout named Terra who witnessed their fight over Gaiganny. When Theromin was left alone, he was dead. It wasn't until a few hours later when his emergency energy kicked in, but at that point it was a joke, it brought him back online just enough so he could feel the pain of all his injuries, he was inacapable of moving and would just lay there until he died or something came along and ate him. But he could curse, and he did. he cursed Gogar to Hell, he cursed the hen, he cursed everything around him, the air, the ground, himself, but mostly Gogar and Gaiganny. The words coming out of his mouth were barely cohesive considering his neck was broken and puncture with jagges spikes of his own bones.
Terra waited until Theromin's systems neared shutdown again and took him. Since he was so thin he was easy for her to carry, and she returned with him to the Nebulans. That's why Gogar and Silva never found Theromin's body.
