Powers
"Quoted from Des"

Gogar is very powerful for his size. His extra cybernetics make him really strong. He has a red eye beam and an electric mouth ray. But he has two interesting powers that differ from other gigans. He has the ability to form an energy shield with his claws that is pretty resistant. It can also be hurled as a projectile at an opponent, exploding on impact.
His other powers includes a distortion beam from his forehead which disorients his enemy by constantly changing their sense of direction, making the surroundings swirl everywhere. This is his most powerful attack, and he really hates to use it. Gogar is fast, agile and intelligent. All these qualities make him a formidable little kaiju.

 Origin
"Quoted from Des"

Gogar is a gigan that loves to have fun. He's very cocky and full of himself, though it was toned down some after his first encounter with
Gaiganny. His hobby is going around taking territory from other males and showing them what a good fighter he is. He loves to talk about how skilled and good looking he is. His best friend was Theromin, and he had to bare the brunt of Gogar's cockiness. Interestingly, Gogar has an insecurity that doesn't fit his personality. Gogar hatched more cyborg than most gigans. He's more than half cyborg, his whole torso is metal, and inside he's more metal than most gigans. He knows this and hates it. He hates it so much so that it could be dangerous in that he totally clams up and can't do anything for feeling so...well... as he would say, "Not real." But this only happens when someone notices, usually they don't.

Gogar has a love for life and respect for it. This may be for his or another species' life. He in his cockiness has also learned to appreciate beauty, which is why he fell for the pretty Gaiganny. She is now his mate.

 Notes from the Creator

I think everyone either knows of, or has been acquaintances with this kind of person. They see something of yours that they like, something you notice they like a little TOO much. But it doesn't seem like a horrible thing at first, you figure they like your taste in things, whatever. Then they start asking about said item whenever they talk to you, and you thinking that this might be a good thing to talk about, since it gives you some common ground, indulge the acquaintence.
Finally they talk about it so dang you figure what they hey, 'wanna borrow it?'
The person feigns reluctance so you say 'ah go ahead, doesn't mean that much to me anywho.'
In their heads they only hear that last part, assuming that because you've allowed them to take hold of the object they desire, it now belongs to them.
But then they loose their minds. You've all been through it, it's over something stupid, over something that never should have been a big deal in the first place. And then you notice this idiot you tried to be nice to has taken what was yours and starts telling everyone that not only is it theirs, but that they created it. And you stare at them like 'Wow… just… wow… are you THAT sad? Are you that deficient? Is what you have in life so miniscule that you have to resort to desperately trying to steal something that belongs to me?'
And the sad thing is, this person has convinced themselves so completely that the lie they're telling is actually truth to them. It's amazing.
So you get the picture right? As much of a shame as it may be, make sure you SPELL THINGS OUT for people, no matter what they are to you, even a distant acquaintances.

Long story short, in case you haven't grasped the point of all that:
I created Gogar, I let Des borrow him for our RPG (heck, I was already rp'ing EVERYONE but Gaiganny unless I *made* Des use someone else) and in the single child 'mine mine mine' mindset she has, decided that Gogar belonged to her. Very sad, but very true. And as much as she and her tool of a husband may want to try to fight me on it, it's not happening because there's nothing to fight about.

"Quoted from Des"

Gogar is the only gigan so far that has gone through a color change.
He originally started out yellow, but after his deadly encounter with
Gaiganny he ended up with his permanent blue color.

Gogar is another character I truly love. SpaceGhidorah actually came
up with him, but when he saw how much I liked him he gave him to me. I
was so happy when he did. I had so many ideas for this little cyborg
and I still do. Heh heh, as you may have noticed Gogar is the only
gigan with two color schemes. The reason for this is my own inability to
make up my mind as to which color I liked best. The yellow was my first
visualization of him, but when I colored him in blue, that was the end
of it. I liked it so much too I couldn't make up my mind. I even
tried combining the two and that was a big disaster. Finally Sghid and I
agreed why not then use both. We figured it would be good to have him
yellow before his death and then blue after. I finally started leaning
more toward the blue because in the rpgs that's how I would visualize
him, and I wanted him blue for the rest of the stories. In my original
concept of homeworld Gogar was Gigan's rival, but I just didn't like
that. In this reality, I'm really happy having him be Gaiganny's mate.
They are so cute together.
